Parkingeye quick facts
Make the operator prove the parking charge.
Parkingeye does not issue council penalty charges. It issues private parking charges based on contract terms. That means the case turns on evidence: what the signs said, what the cameras recorded, what the payment or permit records show, and whether keeper liability was created correctly.
Parkingeye's own motorist guidance says appeals should be submitted in writing online or by post, normally within 28 days of delivery, and that the charge value is held while the appeal is assessed.
